If you order from Europe, you may be charged additional import taxes, according to the law of your country (most for Accelerated delivery type). Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
I accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refund
After you send the package back to us and we receive it, we will refund the product price to you.
Please do not try to keep the product and ask for a refund, we simply will not refund.

How to get a refund for late packages?
Should your order be delayed for more than 35 days, please contact us. Before this 35 day period we cannot undertake any steps.
