Prices in the web shop are stated in euro and include Lithuania VAT 21%.
The DoubleStraps website accepts payments directly to our bank account and Visa, Master Card, American Express Card. All credit card transactions are secure. All payments are processed through Paypal.
Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when submitting your order. All items listed in the webshop are in stock. However, should we have any problems with our stock levels when receiving your order, we reserve the right not to deliver the items. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
The DoubleStraps webshop ships internationally. We use the most secure and fast way of transport we can find. However, we cannot be held responsible for missing packages due to delivery problems. We aim to despatch all orders right away, maximum within two, three business days after the order confirmation, excluding Lithuania holidays and weekends.
For Lithuania deliveries we use Post.lt services that are delivered with the daily mail to directly to your post box. If you are located outside Lithuania, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We offer a free delivery on all orders in EU countries. For orders outside the EU, additional shipping fees may apply.
Please note that customers from non-EU countries are responsible for any possible import customs and taxes.
Customer information is being collected and kept for the sole purpose of efficient order process and delivery of goods to the right address, and is gathered only at your consent.

To ensure your satisfaction with the Kämmencraft webshop, we offer you a full 14 day money back guarantee from the date you receive your order. You are welcome to either exchange your item or receive a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. Please note that return shipping is paid by the customer. Ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage. Returns where postage is not paid will not be accepted by us. If you receive a wrong or a faulty item, we will compensate you for the delivery costs. The Kämmencraft webshop will not compensate for lost packages.
